"Very nice and quiet place for holiday, but if you not have own transport, you will need bolt grab and like that. We was very happy with our stay, but the place soon need small repair. Pooltable missing triangle, the pool cue nerd new head, or maybe change all one is broken and fixed with tape, aircondition in the pooltable room not work. "The amount charged bore no resemblence to the amount advertised as the price doubled for a 4 person occupancy. This was not clear from the website. We could have rented a simislar property for a month for what we paid for 6 days. When we arrived the property owner had no information from VRBO about our booking and payment. "A family operate hotel i guess. So, the operation is not very professional but acceptable. Feel like visiting friend’s house. The room is very nice with thai style decoration. However, there are insects in the bathtub tho but it is understandable when living in the place that has lot of trees. The breakfast is ok with full of variety of fruits. The garden is great. If you find some place to escape from the big city, this place is the answer."

"If you are planning a visit to Kaeng Krachan National Park or the surrounding area, then I highly recommend this nature lodge. Our room was comfortable and the staff friendly and knowledgable about the area. There are several birding sites on the property and it‘s just a 15 minute drive to the park entrance."

Poor communication throughout

"The amount charged bore no resemblence to the amount advertised as the price doubled for a 4 person occupancy. This was not clear from the website. We could have rented a simislar property for a month for what we paid for 6 days. When we arrived the property owner had no information from VRBO about our booking and payment. They actually had another booking for the 2nd night. We were unaware that the property had no aircon in the 2nd bedroom and that the bathroom was shared. The owners were as halpful as they could be but Vrbo had put them in a very difficult position. Also the Vrbo app cannot be downloaded in Thailand and the owners seemed to have no idea the property was advertised there."
