"We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, with plenty of space to tidy up our belongings, and it was clean and well-maintained. There was a large window that let in lots of natural light, which made the room feel even more inviting. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and we appreciated the common areas, both inside and outside, where we could relax. A little loud when people in hallways (everything concrete) and breakfast didn’t have western food other than bread, cereal and fried eggs). Desk staff friendly, quick check in and check out. "I have stayed many times in Mai Hom Villa Resort. Quiet,clean and comfortable and a good stopping point when driving between Pattaya and Northern Thailand. A small Big C shop and dining options are within walking distance. Plenty of undercover parking spaces available is a bonus. "

"Good location for a stop-over while driving from Chiang Rai to Rayong with a dog.The room was acceptably clean and bed was comfortable. Only adverse comments relates to the bathroom which was dated and in need of maintenance - for example shower was feeble and replacement of the leaky hose would have been beneficial. Good value for the price paid though."

"I found a cockroad on my bed. And the breakfast was not variety. I do suggest you to choose other hotels"

"Cockroach on the floor of the room. Made to order breakfast was ok but they won’t let you sit down in the breakfast room (shown in pictures) to eat it. Only one chair in your room so not great for two breakfasts. Lights in the room flickered when all turned on."

"Our hotel room was very dirty with many small insects, lizards and other mosquitos. They were running around. On complaining, they gave us a second room which was even worse. The manager was called and he was very aggressive with me. I feared for our lives. He shouted and pointed at me and moved towards me informing me that my complaint was not valid. Point black he refused to even try a third room and told us to get out of his hotel. Avoid at all costs!"
