"My room was not properly cleaned once during my 6 day stay. The guesthouse is clean but this is not acceptable. The staff were friendly but spoke no English. The address does not accurately reflect the location (in a Soi) and the signage is all in Thai. If you are going to advertise on English language websites than there must be some English somewhere."

"I loved my stay here. For the cost, the room was large, clean and quiet. The hostess, Meow, is adorable and I enjoyed sitting and chatting with her each day. I cannot think of any negatives during my stay here and if I were to come back to Cha Am, I would stay here again, no hesitation. "

"If you are planning a visit to Kaeng Krachan National Park or the surrounding area, then I highly recommend this nature lodge. Our room was comfortable and the staff friendly and knowledgable about the area. There are several birding sites on the property and it‘s just a 15 minute drive to the park entrance."

"The villa is very comfortable and in a quiet location (nothing much at walking distance) right by the beach. The pool is excellent and the service was very friendly. However, this place is more suited for independent living and doesn't offer most of the usual hotel services. Moreover, it is overpriced for what you get. "I really wanted to enjoy the entirety of my stay - I loved the staff, they provided great service with smiles, I enjoyed talking with the maids and front desk attendants, breakfast was delicious, I had privacy, the area was walkable for food options, and the apartment was mostly comfortable (the bars play music until at least 11:30pm every night, which was fine for me, but not for everyone). I honestly would probably stay here again only if I was more comfortable. I booked for 15 nights and stayed 8, partially because other plans had changed, but I was ready to leave. I could not get rid of the mosquitos. My body doesn't typically react so I don't usually mind them, but they were nonstop from somewhere (under the door? Sink?) and I killed more in 8 days than I have in my entire life. And I grew up in a rural place with lots of backwaters and mosquitos. It became almost a psychological battle in my room that I couldn't fight anymore so I relented to them swarming my shoes, clothes, and bed. I even woke up to bites that my body was reacting to. I killed a few that I hoped had my blood and not somebody else's.. Also, my bars of soap were taken over by swarms of ants from behind the tilea. That was easy to correct by keeping everything in containers, and I kept any food safely in the fridge so that was never an issue. Overall, fine place for the price. But if you need reliable wifi, make sure you have a data plan on your phone. If you want to avoid bugs, advocate for yourself"
