"Perfect fully equipped apartment "

"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"Great location but needs proper TLC"

"Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not...

"This was a great place to stay, we were only there 2 nights but location was perfect Elena and Marko were wonderful. Communicated before arrival and provide great insight and ideas for the area. The hotel is located in old town so pretty much everything was steps away. We had a lot of luggage so it was a challenge getting from our parked car to the hotel. Elena helped arranging a shuttle so this made it much easier. Room was spacious, bathroom was great "

We had to get the host's golf cart to get us there from outside of the Old Town area. Car needed to be parked outside Old Town. "Owner of the property re-sold the apartment for higher price, due to high demand for accomodation, which we found out when we called for directions when we arrived to Croatia. There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". But property was booked and paid for few weeks in advance, and we had communication withe the property before arrival, with no mention of anything out of the place. Found out later from the locals that re-selliing for higher price was common this season, especially...

"Nice and spacious with free parking. In a residential area, with beach access close by. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Only small issue was on check-in there was no one at the desk, but I found the owner’s apartment under the stairwell and just said hello. "

"This is a very nice apartment that is centrally located and was a great place to stay for two nights in Rovinj. We used the hotel guest parking and walked to the hotel with our backpacks. It was a nice ten minute walk but wouldn’t recommend it if you had suitcases. The apartment was fairly easy to find. When we got close by I called the hotel and someone found us on the street and showed us where it was. The adventure of finding it would be tricky without a phone or WiFi. My only complaint is...

"I was very comfortable as far as sleeping, inside temperature control, preparing meals, watching tv and showering and so forth... but I did not have WiFi in my apartment while I was there. "We enjoyed our 3 nt stay at this complex . The beach our front was perfect for a swim & close to a couple of nice restaurants incl the hotels own which had a delicious & large Bkfst buffet.. Room was clean with a pool / ocean view was perfect !! Front desk staff were friendly & helpful with recs for the srea . "

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection

"We so enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Rovinj. It’s a very special hotel and really such a pleasure to be there. The hotel is next to a lovely pine filled park where you can cycle and swim from Rocky beaches. The facilities of the hotel are very luxurious from hot towels in the gym, the golf cart that took us to the tennis centre, and Hannah the hawk who sees off the seagulls from the infinity pool! Gym, tennis centre, spa and pools are all fantastic and well equipped. The rooms are very quiet and restful. We wanted to spend more time that we did just hanging out on the balcony. The food is generally good and Katrina’s the sandwich bar is a great place for a pitstop. The service is unparalleled. We were looked after so well by all the staff (and kept receiving lovely gifts throughout our stay). And the view! You can’t beat it. We will be back! "
