"Truly exceptional service from reception staff. Beautiful, rustic property. We had a cloudy night, but would have been the perfect spot to view the Northern Lights had they been visible. We had a family suite and were surprised to learn all the items in the mini bar were included with the stay. Would definitely return. "

"While the place appears remote, it is well located to visit some of the best sites in the Golden Circle. The place was clean and comfortable, and served a nice breakfast each morning. Furthermore, there is a restaurant right across the street called Mika that had fantastic food."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Heima Holiday Homes. The property was beautiful and modern, with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable—even the sofa bed! Our only wish was for a microwave. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our stay, so we didn’t get to see the Northern Lights. However, I can tell that on a clear night, this would be the perfect place to watch them. One of the highlights of our visit was being warmly greeted by their lovely dogs, Moi and Katla, every morning and whenever we arrived. It made our stay even more special! 💖"
