You don't need to go up north for an amazing lakefront vacation experience. This 2,200 sft guest house has three bedrooms: king in master, queen in room 2, a twin and queen in room 3 and a queen size futon in the living room. Make memories with your family or friends with 80 feet of lakefront, a sanded beach and swimming area, fishing dock, free use of four kayaks and a bonfire pit. Downtown Brighton & Howell restaurants 10 min away.

Lovely, quiet lakeside house.
Excellent property in a fantastic location! House is much bigger then the pictures. Very clean, plenty of extra towels and bedding. Area and lake was very quiet.

Lakeside Gem
Perfect spot for a boys weekend. So much space, well equipped, and very clean. The lake was beautiful and it was so nice to spend time in the backyard on the deck or at the fire pit. The owner was very communicative and helpful.

Large Clean House, Great for a group gathering
Our teen girls group had a great time at this house. A fire pit, kayaks, and a large house to spread out in. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Pretty quiet area despite how close the houses are together. Owner texted back quickly with help when needed. Thank you :)

Great stay and host!
We have made this our yearly family trip. It is a great spot for BBQs and get togethers. Kids love the beach area and fishing off the dock. We will definitely be back!

Great getaway
I was really pleased with the location of this great little getaway spot. Halfway between Lansing and Detroit, it worked great for my daughter's birthday party with her friends from those two towns.

Awesome House!!
First and foremost, Shane, the renter, was amazing to deal with. Always answered my questions quickly. Home was perfect for a girls weekend celebrating a 50th birthday. The location is amazing on the lake. Saw a loon, a swan and an albino squirrel. Kitchen had plenty of everything you need. Beds were SUPER comfortable. Some things are a little dated, but never bothered us. I can't wait to plan another girls weekend here!

Great place to stay!
The location was perfect for our trip to Ann Arbor. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If you’re planning a trip to Ann Arbor to attend a Michigan game I would highly recommend this house. From the house to the stadium is only about 25 minute drive. Go Blue!

Our families gathered. Three different families. The younger ones spent the night. During the day we enjoyed a snowball fight, games, TV, and lots of good meals together. The kitchen is fantastic, We could prepare, cook, and do dishes all together. The upstairs bedrooms gave us room to spread out. The two dining areas gave us space to gather.

The house was just as listed and was exactly what we needed for our girls weekend! Clean, easy to check in and out, near by to shopping downtown Howell and food. It was the perfect choice for us!

family wedding weekend
We loved the location and the beautiful lake access. The house easily fit all our family for a weekend celebrating our nephews wedding. The house is comfortable, has kayaks and canoes for the lake. Needs some updating, very dated, but was clean and provided what we needed. Would stay here again.

Large, comfortable house
The house was much larger than we had expected - the master bedroom in particular is huge! We ended up being in the house much more than we had planned since our family who lives locally that we were visiting got COVID. It was great having such a large house to accommodate us since we spent most of our time there. I will definitely check for availability for future stays.

Great family getaway
We had a great time on our annual family fishing trip. No issues with anything regarding the cottage. Everything was clean and well maintained. The lake was great and we caught some nice bass and pike. The panfish were mostly on the small side though. Overall we had a great time and will definitely consider returning another time!

Beautiful Lakeside Property!
Taking a mini vacation away from teaching and this home foot the bill to the T!! A table to eat and another to puzzle and play cards. Quiet quaint had everything we needed for eating in. WiFi was perfect even though a snowstorm. Loved it so much our group is considering coming back next year!

Qualit family time
Plenty of space for 8 adults, and 2 toddlers. The sandy beach with shallow water worked great for the toddlers. We enjoyed yard games, kayaking, chats on the patio and campfire. The kitchen was nothing fancy, but worked great for us to prepare meals. We had a great experience. Checkin and checkout couldnt have been easier.
