Spanish Ranch on the Arkansas River- enjoy the rushing river from the Hot tub!

'Casa Bella del Rio' as we have named this River house has been a renovated into a Spanish style hacienda with a living room, dining room, kitchen and 4 good size bedrooms with 3 full baths. All the floors have been updated with tile and hardwood. The furnishings are all new and are Spanish style as well. There are mountain views from every direction. The house sits on 2 acres, right on the river. There is river access for kayaking and fishing. We have recently built a lower deck with stairs up to the house. A really great spot to relax or just sit with your fishing gear.

The deck is a great place to enjoy the views, eat lunch or sit in the hot tub and just relax!

Great house, great location! Well stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. Less than 20 minutes into town. On a nice flat quiet road with very little traffic. Everything the owner says in the listing and much more. We loved it!

We had such a great time staying here! The only downside is that the water, which is likely well water, is treated and was slimy. There’s no other way to describe it. Luckily, the rest of the house made up for this, above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!

We had 9 members of our family stay at the Spanish Ranch for Christmas week. We went skiing and enjoyed the area and the house very much! It was just as advertised, clean, and comfortable. Would stay again.

We stayed here for the weekend to ski Monarch. The house was set up great for 2 families. We all had enough space to relax and hang out. The backyard deck, hot tub and horse shoe pit were a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. We would love to come again!

Perfect Place to stay in Howard
This was an awesome place for our family to spend my parents 50th wedding anniversary weekend. The views were beautiful and the house was perfect for us. The back deck was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and the view. We plan to book it again the next time we have a family gathering!
