The Space:
We are an eight-acre located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in the Arkansas River Valley of Howard, Colorado. At Rocky Top River Ranch, we offer a relaxed, quite, peaceful, natural Colorado Environment. A true Colorado experience. We're just 14 miles east out of historic Salida, Colorado, with Twin Sister Mountains as a backdrop and stunning 360 panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. The Arkansas River is right in front of us and there are numerous access points to get to the river at nearby parks.

*Please note that while we do have wifi on the property, high mountain winds and storms do cause occasional outages which are beyond the control of the property hosts.

There wasn’t a pool like it said in the website. Window a/c units had exposed gaps that let bugs inside the unit. Other than that, I was a place to sleep

The property was listed as room for 5, but was only a queen and a full size bed. We had to go buy a cot to have room for our whole family. The room was simple but adequate in every other way.
