"The reception staff were outstanding. friendly, helpful and very attentive. Breakfast was excellent and there were many good restaurants nearby. Parking was fairly close by. The rooms were fine if a little to warm for me ( I prefer a cool room for sleeping!). I would definitely stay here again when in town. "

"Stayed here for three nights from Thursday until Sunday, couldn't fault the place for cleanliness, and the location is superb. I had to pay(again!) to check in at the automated screen, but once I questioned it, I was told I'd get refunded. It was so worth paying the extra money to get a deluxe room with a top floor balcony, as the view over the main central station was great. If you are checking out on a Sunday, you can request an extension up to 6PM, rather than the usual 'out by 12 o'clock', this was useful, stayed until 2PM. Good value for money and would definitely return and recommend."
