The apartment is located on the 3rd floor via stairs.

The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a double bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Brighton And Hove is a vibrant city that offers many attractions to explore. From the grandeur of the Royal Pavilion to the serene beauty of Preston Park, Hove Park, and Queen's Park, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The Brighton Museum and Art Gallery showcase diverse art and history, while Victoria Gardens provides a peaceful oasis in the city's heart. St Peter's Church is a historic landmark, adding to the city's charm and character. With easy access to stations, including Brighton Station, this city is the perfect base for locals and visitors to immerse themselves in the rich culture and vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Brighton and Hove, is just a 20-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 1h10 drive from the property.

Please note there are ongoing building works outside that occur during lawful hours only.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
