Beware!
Be prepared to be disappointed if you book at this property. While the property is functional and clean, it has a number of issues that are not properly disclosed. Firstly there is a scaffolding that blocks the entire main view of the beach - so you don’t get the view shown in the pics. Secondly, this is a ground floor unit right on the busiest street in Brighton / Hove - noisy almost all hours of the day and night. Also there is no privacy - you open the blinds in the bedroom and the people walking in the street are right there staring right back at you. Kind of creepy at night. During our entire stay we had a homeless person staying in front of the entrance to the building - very uncomfortable. Finally, note this property is in Hove - not Brighton. You will have to walk a lot to get to all the m ain sites in Brighton - the Palace, the Lanes, the Pier are all 30-45 minutes walking each way. Oh also you have to take your garbage with you when you check out and leave a 200GBP deposit on check-in and collect and drop off keys at a completely different location (7-10 minute walk away) - a real pain when you have luggage. In summary- I suggest you stay somewhere else if you want to really enjoy Brighton.
