"I had stayed at a number of budget hotels in my 30+ years of traveling. Even at a budget hotel it should be clean. When I checked in, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. After some discussion they moved me to another room which was cleaner but then the TV didn't work. I again raised this to their attention and they said only two TVs work in the buiding and they were renovating and did not have a timeline of when the TVs would be working for anyone.
