I stayed here and the door did not lock. I called the front desk and receptionist came by took off metal plate to door to make it lock. I was not offered a new room or discount or anything. This hotel odor is bad as well due to the pets (we don’t have pets but was on the floor with alot of people with them). Another guest dog ran to me and my children and startled them. We also had another guest who was high constantly come to our door making it very uncomfortable. Will not stay again!!!

They clean the rooms every 14 days, the rooms stinks and there’s people walking big dogs without their leash one of those dogs attacked my little dog it could cause a tragedy, worst experience ever

I did not like that housekeeping is every 14 days. We had to take out our trash . Dumpsters were full and trash on the floor. If we needed new towels we either pay for new ones or wash them ourselves. The hotel smelled like dirty mop water.
