Great townhome, Geeat location
We were in Houston visiting our son. My mom and in-laws traveled with us for the long weekend. The home worked perfectly for us with 3 bedrooms and 3&1/2 bathrooms. The location was great for all we had planned for the weekend. We were no more than 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. We felt very safe in this area. The owner had left bottled water and snacks for us upon arrival. The unit was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Each bathroom had body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It really was an extremely nice place to stay and will definitely consider it when we are in Houston again.

Easy, short access to the highway. Check in process was super quick. Very clean and nicely decorated. Quiet and safe atmosphere. Beds slept great. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was modern, comfortable, well decorated, and clean. Water pressure was excellent! Garage could fit our Toyota Sienna mini van and a Nissan SUV but an extremely tight fit.

This was a very beautiful place, the rooms were just as the photos showed. It smelled amazing when we walked in the door. The host was available for any questions and very quick to respond. The location was amazing close to everything. We had a private garage, they provided us with light snacks. Definitely will be staying there again!

Wedding- Family trip
We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious meals from several of the multitude of restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to the Burger Bodega. Atliano was always responsive when we reached out with questions. I would recommend the listing be updated to reflect that the beds are queens, not kings, but all were comfortable. If we ever find ourselves in Houston again, we will most definitely choose to rent from Atliano again. :)

Nice stay
While undergoing treatment at Md. Anderson my wife and I stayed at this home. For starters it was nice to have a garage to park in. The home was tastefully decorated and furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location was close to good eating and the medical center. My only criticism was the thermostat. It was set to run a specific temperature of 78 and when you would adjust it, the thermostat would revert back to 78. I’m sure this is something the host can change but wanted to bring it to up.

Great location
Very clean and updated. Could walk to several neighborhood bars and eateries feeling quite safe. Owner is very responsive and courteous. 2 car garage for small SUV's or smaller. Could not fit Chevy Silverado. Beds are queen not king. Regardless, I would stay here again.

Overall, The home looked very nice on the inside, and decorated very nicely. The owner provided plenty of bottled water throughout the home which has a very thoughtful touch. Pieces of chocolates were left on tables in the living room, another nice detail. I was however disappointed that the kitchen drawers were not as clean as they should have been. Also, there appeared to be bug droppings behind one of the chairs in the living room, which I found when plugging my charger into the wall. There were not enough towels and wash clothes for 6 guests. A washer and dryer were included, but who wants to do laundry everyday on vacation??? The check-in process was to tedious and convoluted…

Quick Weekend for the Natty!
House was as advertised other than the beds felt like Queens vs Kings. House was clean and fit our group of 3 couples perfectly. Bathrooms are all en suites which was nice too! Host was very responsive and accommodating (early check-in, etc.).

Amazing Christmas
My brother and his family were staying here to surprise my mom for Christmas. They had an amazing time. The house smelled like home and was like walking into a families house already. My nieces and nephews begged to have their cousins stay the night to see the house too. The property manager helped me work through my issues with the VRBO app and getting lost. So much patience and kindness, I cannot thank them enough. If we ever need a place to stay or recommend for out of town family, this is it.

Great spot near Memorial Park
Three story house with all amenities and lots of nice conversation or relaxation settings. Very close to Memorial Park and downtown activities and dining are close by. Atilano was very attentive. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The house was very nicely furnished, with more than we could have needed, in terms of being stocked. Listing was as described, parking was more than adequate (but not large enough for a crew cab f150), and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
