You can bicycle to NASA Johnson Space Center or the Clear Lake Regional Med Center if you happen to work in either place. A vehicle is recommended if you need to get anywhere else.
Pets allowed with additional $200 pet deep clean fee. Must not be any exotic animal or an animal or dog on the restricted breeds list:

Access to biometric lock protected amenities (pool & gyms) is granted only after completing a criminal background check. This requires providing your SSN. If you choose not to undergo a background check, you will only have access to the amenities when the main office is open.
