The Kemah house is on the Bay side of 146, ½ mile up Kipp Ave to the Boardwalk

The Kemah house is not on the water but you can see the water when your relaxing on the deck. Walk across the street to the Bel Road Park and see a full view of the Galveston Bay and the Lights from Downtown Kemah. We are on the water side of 146 that means easy access to the Kemah Boardwalk Restaurant’s, Entertainment and Night Life. All the fun is up Kipp Ave ½ mile away. You are just far enough away that you can't hear the roller-coaster noise coming from the Kemah Boardwalk.
The house is fully furnished with everything you need for a week-end get away including Internet/ WIFI. The garage is very spacious and a Large driveway for your Boat or Motor home. No Saturday or holiday check in or check out.

Made a last minute trip to the area from KY to visit family. Everything about the house and location was exactly what we wanted. Home was as described and located in a quiet and easy to navigate area. Annette was easy to reach if needed but we never encountered any issues. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is perfectly positioned. It is spacious with a balcony infornt and back. This property is also minutes from the boardwalk, which is a must see. Bubba Gump Shrimp for the win!!!!

Home away from home
The Kemah house was everything we hoped it would be and more. I was receiving daily treatments at MD Anderson in League City and the peace and calm of this neighborhood afforded me time to relax. It was also large enough to accommodate family that traveled in to stay with us. Annette is a wonderful host and took care of an A/C problem right away!! We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family☺️

Me and my friend came to visit our buddy in residency and this house was great. It’s right down the street from the beach, good food and rides. The property owner has the fridge set up with some snacks and drinks. House is very clean and organized. She was very responsive via text and made the stay and departure easy. We would stay here again!!

Pleasant Home By the Beach
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is just minutes to the Kemah Boardwalk and other local attractions. The home is maintained very well, and we found it to be spacious and comfortable. Our host, Annette, was very nice and accommodating. The area and surroundings were very pleasant and beautiful. It was great to be able to stare at parts of the ocean from the home's porch and living room. We enjoyed our time so much, that we wish to stay at this property again in the future.

Well kept rental close to everything
This adorable rental is close to many high rated seafood establishments. The Kemah boardwalk is fun for the entire family. Less than 20 miles from Galveston. Cars can be put away in large garage at night. Just a very enjoyable experience. Would recommend this little gem to anyone!

Perfect getaway
This house is so beautiful. It is close to Kemah Boardwalk. There’s also a little pathway to a small overlook where you can see sailboats. The neighborhood is so quiet. The house itself was so clean and the family thought it was a great place to stay. We will surely come back again to this house when we are in Kemah. The owner is wonderful..thank you for a memorable mini family vacation.

Awesome place to stay!
Very relaxing, convenient and clean house! Convenient to boardwalk, etc but very quiet unlike homes closer to boardwalk. The back porch has a nice breeze and partial view of Bay. Had most everything we needed inside, the only upgrade I would recommend is the beds. Instead of twins, kings/queens/doubles would be more comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay! We will definitely be back!

Great stay in Kemah!!
This house is fantastic, as is the owner. The views of the bay and awesome porches allow for peaceful and restful times. This house is so comfortable and clean, with excellent natural light throughout the home. Our pup loved every moment, both inside and outside the home. She truly loved the 2nd floor patios. This location is great, and we were able to navigate around the Hwy 146 construction without delays. Great communication with owner. We can’t say enough good things; we will be back!! We loved our stay.
We loved Annette. She was so kind and helpful. The house was very cozy and had everything that one would want to be comfortable. The house was in a very nice neighborhood and it was patrolled regularly by police who had their station not too far away. It is a concern where one will be when renting and the g rounds around the property were clean manicured and well taken care of. We will consider this place again and tell friends. Thank you, Annette

Perfect Place in Kemah
This has been one of my favorite places to stay. The house is located minutes from the boardwalk. I probably could have walked there if I was up for a nice stroll. There is a partial view of the bay. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house was immaculately clean and decorated with wonderful artwork. The golf cart provided was super fun. Being able to park my car in the garage was a huge plus not offered by any VRBOs I've stayed at in the past. I don't think I have ever had a VRBO host as attentive and nice as Annette. She is an incredibly nice person and extremely helpful in giving tips on the best places to go for food and entertainment. I have a very short list of favorite VRBOs that I immediately go to first when I plan a getaway. I have to add this one to the list.

Great get away
We weren't looking for a place on the beach, just a place convenient to other locations. This house is ideal. It has been renovated recently, and the fenced backyard was ideal for our dog. Neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood felt very safe. Every day we walked to the Boardwalk for coffee. It's only a mile away. At the time we went, construction on the highway entering and leaving town was a challenge to navigate. Once it's done, access will be easy and efficient. We loved talking with the owner and would gladly come here again.
