We arrived Friday around 545 and the property did not have the heat on. It was 57 degrees in the house. When the property owner was notified they first acted like I didn’t know how to work a thermostat. The real problem was their house kept throwing a breaker. They finally agreed to send a tech but it was so cold we found the breakers ourselves and turned them on. The breaker continued to flip two more times before we managed to keep the lights and heat on. Once that was corrected we walked the property and found old coffee in the coffee pots, burnt hashbrowns in the oven, and one of the gates did not have a clicker so we could use it to come in and out of the property. After another two hours the property was still uncomfortable cold. The tech arrived during this walk through and got us some additional heaters as well as having the thermostats switched out. This further delayed the house from warming up and the heaters also caused the breaker to flip a few more times until we located an outlet it wouldn't cause the breaker to flip. We really wanted to love this property it’s location is excellent and it’s space is perfect for large groups while still affording privacy. Unfortunately the property owner or managers inability to make sure it’s ready at check in made the price point not worth the experience. We are left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
