The pool was closed their in the middle of renovation I has to ask for another room the 1st room bathroom tub and floor was full of hair stained comforter as well the main entrance door DOSENT work we had to slide the door open ourselves in and out

I was unable to check in. I went to the hotel and it was literally closed. There was a sign from the city that said it was closed for maintenance and an occupancy investigation. I never received a notification and my reservation was never cancelled.

This place was so bad I hated it there was no tv no coffee no pool nothing and so unsafe people kept trying to come into our room and my Kids room it was so bad I will never be staying here, please save your money and time staying it’s not worth it at all!

Awful!!!!
They sent us to 3 rooms all of which were not clean. Stay argued in lobby about cleaning rooms. Bed was broke. No hot water at all. Horrible hotel in the ghetto.

Don’t stay here
Horrible service, clearly under a remodel so there is a mess everywhere. The pool is filthy. The elevator was out of service. I didn’t bother asking about the free continental breakfast because I wouldn’t trust the food enough anyway. Very outdated room but I guess it was clean.

My room was spotless and the hotel itself was very clean. There was some construction/remodeling going on but did not interfere with my stay. Wifi was adequate for streaming on my own device. My biggest issue was the water only got lukewarm. When I asked about this issue I was told that was part of the remodeling going on and would be replaced soon. There was no breakfast as stated on their website. Overall, I would stay again as soon as the water issue is fixed.

I didnt get my deposit back even though i only ended up staying for a few hours waiting on a fanily member who woke up late to pick me up. Were is my deposit its supposed to be refundable.

I arrived at the property and the doors were closed. There was a sign saying that there was not hot water. The front desk said my reservation via Expedia was not accepted. The customer service was poor and I felt kicked out. I had to go to another place and with no refund.

They did not clean our room at all the whole time we stayed we also had to make our own beds up ask for new sheets and also take out our own trash. They claimed to have breakfast on weekends but never provided it. Most the staff was under the influence and was sleeping in the lobby drunk most nights. They also did not let me know that they were supposed to be shut down way before we booked . I found out the very last day that they did not pass the inspection months ago and was supposed to be shut down while we were staying.
