Receptionist man is rough, talk with clients so grumpy, face always as don't need customers. check-in processing time so steady. No elevator. No excuse for that. Just say "Elevator is out of order"

They stay was wonderful good location accessible to many stores and restaurants. Only issue that bugged me (no pun intended) were mosquitos Both mosquitoes coming in from underneath the door every time I killed two 3 more appeared. I had to put a towel infront of the door to keep them from coming in. Over great stay

The Wi-Fi was not strong in the room and there were some insects in the room. The hotel did change our rooms once we showed the pictures.

Dirty inn and suites in houston
Ruin my family vacation with hundreds of roaches crawling on nite time. Unsafe floor could break your feet easy. Manager meaned and unprofessional. Not coming back.
