Horrible hotel experience ever.
Horrible check-in; there was an additional charge to my card for a deposit instead of a hold. My account was charged and then voided when I checked out. Still posted to my account; I have to wait to clear for funds to be available again. No marquee signs on the premises at all to show it's an OYO Hotel, there is low lighting and not welcoming, the parking lot is filthy, remodeling is being done, trash is everywhere, broken down car is in the middle of the lot, the room was not even ready for the occupant to stay in. They still rented it anyway. Holes in the walls and one hole in the bathroom where the toilet paper dispenser goes. Very low lighting in the room, dirty sheets, the mini fridge not working and leaking water, and missing dresser drawers. The room had a humid environment, and the walls looked like there was a water leak from upstairs recently. Missing light bulbs in fixtures, no shower door, a Curtin put in place instead, and only two towels for occupants. The bathroom door was missing entirely. The Tv didn't work correctly, and the remote stuck and skipped around. There were cigarette burns on the comforter. I will never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

first of all the name of this hotel it’s Hollywood inn not OYO, and all the sheet was dirty and the room was really dirty, bathroom didn’t even have a door. I’m really disappointed with Expedia for the quality of the hotel .

DON’T STAY HERE
This was a terrible stay.. DO NOT BOOK HERE. First, it isn’t the OYO Hotel it is the Hollywood Inn. It is not a hotel it is a motel. The place is in disrepair. The front door jam was damaged as of someone kicked it in. The bathroom door had hole in it and was missing the knob and lock. There were holes or poorly patched holes throughout the room. The bathroom ceiling is peeling. The exhaust fan in the bathroom door not work and looks as if it will fall down at any moment. There are no pets allowed but it appears the people in the room next to me have cats. It is noisy. Every night and morning people were banging on other doors. I was bitten by something in the room. I have bites all over. It was a miserable stay. I was trying to stay near my father’s house because I didn’t rent a car. Next time I will not stay in that neighborhood at all. They do not care.

You get what you pay for, its a cheap room. Needs alot of work in every single corner, from the walls down to the furniture and bed sheets. Bathroom had the feeling that you need to shower after you shower. Towels had plenty stains as well as all the furniture was damaged in one way or another. Had an overall dirty feel to it. For a bit more $ you can definitely get a way better room at another hotel.

Could be better overall
Woman up front was okay. Made a big deal out of nothing. Tried to make it seem like we were going to be smoking in the room. Room didn’t lock had to put the table up against door to feel safe. No central air just the ac unit in room. Shower and restroom area in room was disgusting. Shower had no curtains. Bed probably had bed bugs. We didn’t feel safe. Online could have stated the 100 deposit for the stay w a 2-10 business day delay on the refund for the deposit. overall 0/10 would never come back.

First off its not the Oyo but Hollywood Inn so I felt catfished. Then I get there after paying in advance for my reservation and get slapped with a $100 deposit....I.dont even pay that at the Hilton. Then the incompetent front desk woman charges my card 3 times eating up my balance. Room was deterioted and phone didnt even work. She kept telling me she was waiting on the owner to make thing's right however he never showed. There is no direct number to reach them. I was so pissed I left immediately and never spent one moment in that hard as a brick bed. Horrible experience! Dont stay here!

First of all, the sign out front is not the same that is here on Orbitz. I rode right by it and since it was a one-way street next to the highway, I had to go all the way up and circle back. It is right off the highway if that is what you want. It's extremely inexpensive and that's why I chose it but you get what you pay for. In my rood there were no drawers and no where to hang up clothes. The bedspread had a cigarette hole in it even though it's supposed to be non smoking. There are "adult" activities going on so I would not stay there with children but if you do don't let them surf through the tv channels by themselves. If you are an adult looking for a cheap place to stay that's close to the highway then this is your spot.

Horrible smell in the room of cigarettes, old furniture and bedding, rusty bathtub, poor lighting, bad lights. I advertise cheaply online and when you get there you have to pay more than a hundred dollar. Sleeping in a crappy room and paying over $160 was horrible.

The hotel is very cleaned and very nice the only complaints I have is there was no blow dryer or a coffee pot. Oh and one more thing I travel alone being a woman I would prefer to have more than one lock on the door other than that everything was good

Run away far far away
The room smelled like smoke (non smoking property) the even though the windows are up when you get there. They charge the people with Reservations 103.98 for a deposit. Let add insults to injury they are a pay by the hour hotel for quickie and prostitutes! The reason I know because a woman asked to for regular room for a hour $20. This is insane! Oh yeah I was told if I leave early or check out after I checked in no refunds my deposit is going to be non refundable
