The staff is helpful and friendly, the shuttle service is timely and wonderfully convenient, and the hot breakfast is good even with a relatively static menu. The inclusion of a kitchenette gives a great alternative to the high costs of eating out and the hotel is right next to a grocery store (separated by a fence). This hotel is close enough to the medical center to be very convenient if you prefer to drive there.
We consistently have problems with the door locks, however. The hotel is still undergoing renovations and our rooms are almost always unfinished, mostly with minor details (hanging rods in the closet alcoves are obviously poorly leveled assuming they are even installed). The tub in the last room didn't appear all that clean. The hanging window blinds don't cover the windows all that well so privacy is a concern, especially on the ground floor rooms. And a big consideration is that, since these are renovated apartments, once you step out your room you are walking in outdoor, uncovered walkways to your destination, be it your car or the front office.
All that said, we would still stay here again. For the most part the place is well kept, the neighbors haven't really been noisy, and there are a lot of conveniences.
