Would not stay again!
The description of this property is not accurate. There were not two king size beds, which was the only reason we booked this place. The house was not cleaned at all, hair and dirt on the floors in the bedrooms and showers. Under the bed was also filthy when I looked for something I dropped. The stove did not work. This is also a terrible area and we had no idea about that when booking. We would definitely never stay at this place again and it makes me worry about booking future Vrbo stays. I’m not sure where a cleaning fee goes but this house was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival for sure!

Overall, our stay was good.
Overall, our stay was good. For the price we paid, it was decent. When I gave the owner a call about information about how to check in, she wasn’t even aware that we were checking in on that day, mind you I got an email a week in advance confirming our stay and a few details about check in. The neighborhood was not so great. We were a little worried when we drove up because the area didn’t look safe. Clean linens and towels. There were a few dead bugs throughout the house & the floors were not thoroughly cleaned. The house was nice & spacious. It is near the downtown area so all of the hot spots and nightlife are near. We had a late check-in and although we were supposed to check out at 11a.m., we were only 30 min. late and they charged $50 so make sure you’re on time! The problem came in when I gave the owner a courtesy call stating I was a little behind and she said that I was good. Only to find out a few minutes later I got a call saying I’m going to be charged an extra $50 for being 30 minutes late!

Beautiful home with amazing Host!
This house is stunning and Clean!!! Our original host cancelled on us last minute and Sarah was amazing and helpful in our last minute request!! I can't say it enough the house is beautiful, clean, modern all the bells and whistles!! The house was super roomy where everyone could spread out. The only critique is I would have more towels and toilet paper available. Thanks you Sarah!!!!
