Come to Seabrook and visit NASA or the Kemah Boardwalk and stay in our spacious condo 2 bd 2bth 1,266 sft (110m2) on the 2nd floor and enjoy a large balcony, outdoor dining and sofa overlooking the Marina and Community Pool. The community is gated and there are 2 covered assigned parking spaces and elevator or stair access to the unit. It is southern facing and enjoys sunrise and sunset views. It is in a mature community, very quiet, with the exception of cars on NASA parkway. It has recent paint and updated kitchen appliances and has coastal decor. It is conveniently located on the lake along the NASA pkwy bike path across from the grocery store, restaurants and gas station.

This condo was everything we hoped for. A perfect location, close to convenience stores/restaurants, outdoor pool, well-kept grounds, 2-car parking spots, access to several movie channels, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge balcony, beautifully decorated, well stocked with supplies and well priced. We loved it and enjoyed a wonderful stay. Our first choice for a return to this area.
Overall, our stay was great. The unit was clean and as pictured in the listing. Our teens loved the ps3 provided and used it during down time. The pool was nice and open 24 hours, which we loved! There was a grocery store within walking distance which was convenient. This was a beautiful and quiet little community with a wonderful view over the marina. We especially loved, dining on our balcony during sunset. Kids said they were gonna miss it as we drove away. If you're gonna visit NASA, this is the place to stay and Galveston attractions were a short drive away!

Family Reunion
Accommodations were cozy and clean. Could not get the water in the shower to be more than barely warm. In the listing it looked as if the second bedroom and the laundry room were two different rooms however they are one. Needs more cookware, only had one pot and one skillet. Plenty of soap, towels and sheets were on hand. Loved being able to go out and sit on the porch in the morning to enjoy our coffee and the gently breezes.
The condo was fun and comfortable. We selected it for the swimming pool and it did not disappoint. The owners responded quickly and appropriately to each question (we only had a few)
Nice, roomy two bedroom condo that overlooks a dock with sailboats. Condo was clean and quiet with two car parking. It had full amenities including NETFLIX. This is close to the Johnson Space Center and Camp for middle school and high school students.
Our family of four spent a week in Seabrook to attend a sailing school and sightsee. The condo was clean and much bigger than it appears in the photos. There was a nice view of the attached marina from the balcony. We swam in the pool most evenings. Location is outstanding. Grocery and liquor store are right across the street. NASA just a little West of the condo, the sailing school was five minutes East. We took a nice day trip to Surfside Beach and Galveston. Gianni was quick to respond to any questions and even stopped by to drop off a bottle of wine. Great owners and hosts. Good value at the price point we booked. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I definitely recommend the condo and our hosts. Happy travels…
We picked this property due to the space it offered as well as the location to the events we were planning. It worked out so much better than I had imagined. We were just minutes from the Houston Space Center, and not far from Galveston or the Houston Raceway Park. It was a very quiet and secure complex. We enjoyed the balcony on several occasions!
The master bedroom was very spacious and our teenage son enjoyed the tv setup in the spare room for gaming.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Houston.
This property was so cute. Much more spacious than I expected. It's thoughtfully decorated. Such a nice touch for the owner to leave calming music and diffuser on to welcome us. Very quiet and great location. We would absolutely stay here again!
My family stayed here for a week over Spring Break so that my daughter could attend Space Camp @ JSC. The Master Bedroom was large enough to put a twin size mattress on the floor for our daughter to sleep on - this made it super convenient since my Mom traveled with us, she had the whole second room to herself!!! The balcony is to die for - we enjoyed many meals, teas, and coffees at various times of the day. Julie was a wonderful host and was very easy to get ahold of 24/7!!! Last time we came down for Space Camp we stayed at the Hilton. I can honestly say that our stay was much more enjoyable here than at the hotel! Thanks again for opening your property to us and we look forward to staying again soon!!!
At night it's a little tough to pick out the entrance, and the numbering on the parking spots is a little janky. Residents we're a bit intrusive and cranky (the parking lot is where we had run-in's) but not enough to take away from the quality of the condo itself. I apologize for leaving the (2) pieces of wood we used for wheel chalks. We simply forgot to pick them up when hooking up our jet skis.
