Welcome to your furnished luxury house – 4BR & 2Bath is located in a nice neighborhood. Just upgrade new vinyl Floor in all room and open kitchen, spacious living area with charming fire place. Separate bath and shower.

Easy access to Beltway 8/Sam Houston Tollway, only minutes away from I-45 & Hwy 249. Our Location is near to IAH Airport (13miles)

The space is beautiful decor and all the comforts of home. So you will enjoy a fully kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and dishwasher.

The cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, cable/smart TV.

The master bedroom includes a King size bed with restful linens, plenty of comfy pillows and a premium, medium-firm foam mattress. Iron and ironing board is stored in the master closet.

The bathroom has plenty of counter space, towels, soap, shampoo



It is single family home contain 4BR and 2Bath. Lovely formal dining, tiered ceiling in foyer area. hardwood floor in most of the area. Large kitchen use granite countertop, standing shower and bathtub in master bedroom.

Loved this property and will book again!
Our host, Tracy, was extremely kind and very easy to communicate with. This house is located in a great neighborhood and is close to many amenities. The house was extremely spacious with nice tall ceilings while light fixtures and the decor was very classy! Large closet space (especially in Master Bedroom) allowed us to hang up everything we had and then some. Family members REALLY loved the washer and dryer! Any concerns we had were quickly considered / responded to which left us with great ease and are looking forward to our next stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication was always quick and prompt. The distances are great in Houston, but it was nice to have a home for our family to return to. We appreciate the amenities! and being able to cook. I do think it would be helpful to have a 1 or 2 folding chairs to add to the kitchen tables so everyone can eat together. Thank you!!

The stay was great. Neighborhood peaceful we walked to get food and to see the neighborhood . Complimentary waters in the house which was handy after a long flight ! Just great

It was a nice large house. But the floors were really dirty and there were open mayonnaise and ranch dressings in the cupboard. Not very sanitary.

It was a very nice house. In a quiet neighborhood. It in a good spot didn’t have to drive far to find places to eat, entertainment or groceries. The home was very spacious and clean.
