Stayed get to celebrate my 44th birthday with some friends.
The place was exactly as the pictures show on the listing . Very clean and roomy for 3 people to stay . The manager was extremely helpful and replied back quickly. We enjoyed our stay . Shops and restaurants were a 3 minute drive or 14 minute walk. . The only problem was the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance work so was a little disappointed. I would definitely recommend this place for another stay in Houston .

Perfect location and gorgeous!
This apartment is in the perfect location for appointments at Texas Orthopedic and Baylor. The host provided excellent check in and out directions and quickly answered the few questions I had. I hope to stay at this location for future medical appointments and the Houston Rodeo.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Paradise!! Very clean with lots of amenities, beds are very comfortable and close access to the parking garage. Visited for a 3 day effortless entry, Cleaning supplies were present , locked gate entry, no problem with us arriving after 12am, beautiful aesthetics ,very much so was comfortable an it was very much so a plus that coffee was provided along with other kitchen necessities! This place was clean & nicely decorated. Upon our arrival the cleaning company was on scene because we got there too early, but I was happy to see that it is cleaned right away. Amazing place
Place was clean and quiet beautiful set up is a lovely place is very accommodating has a beautiful pool and parking is secured. Closed to grocery stores ,pharmacies and fast food restaurant. I enjoyed my stay very much and can't wait to book it again.
