During my stay, i noticed bugs and spiders in places ther shouldn't be: 1. Bugs in all areas of the bathroom. 2. Awaken to spiders in the bed. Breakfast is available only when they take the time to set it up, otherwise your getting an apple and some packaged muffin. The towels they provide are worn and the threading is fuzzing up. Looks like they use some of the hand towels to scrub something.

Our room was covered in roaches the second we walked in. We took pictures for documentation of everything. Broken doors, bloody curtains and bedding, VERY MOLDED shower curtain, at best “warm” water, broken mirror, the trim on the walls was almost solid brown and yellow. Tried to call the front desk immediately and there is no phone line even in the wall!! The phone just sits there like a toy phone! Called from cell phones over 18x and no one ever answered. Tried to call on the way in to update our check in time because it was so late at night and the employee was asleep on the couch in the lobby when we pulled up! Have to ring a bell and stand outside a window in the snow and ice while he woke up.

Our door was showing visible signs of it being kicked it, owner did not replace. When i let them know the told me to just fold up a towel and put it on thw bottom. Room was dirty sheets had holes and there was roaches everywhere. Even coming iut of the air conditioning unit. When brought up to manager all he said was, "what do you want me to do, we are all full" they did nothing and didnt even think that bugs in the room was a problem. Was traveling with kids, it was so horrible to put them in a situation like that. Couldnt even take a shower because the roaches were coming out of the drains

Dont stay here. The room had roaches as soon as we walked in. There were Holes in the sheets probably from smoking and makes me wonder if they were even changed at all. Overall it was a filthy place to stay at.

Breakfast included only coffee and milk. Internet did not work. Room card lock did not function. The manager had to open the room through master key every time we would go to our room since this was the clean room available at that time. The management came one hour late than the given breakfast and check out time for which the guest had to wait out for one hour in the cold. The management staff was polite and courteous.

There was a dead roach in the corner by the AC/heater. The heater gave out in the middle of the night in 40 degree weather. The door peep hole was stuffed with toilet paper. The microwave was full of gnats and roaches, who wants to heat up their food in that!? I checked out the next morning.

Nice clean rooms, housekeeping staff services room very near 11 am sharp supplies ready, staff up front readily supplied quarters for in house laundry when asked for price you get alot and they are nice to deal with, if you had any inquiry go to front desk and they will assist you.

For the location property was actually quiet the traffic was a little bit noisy at night but airport boulevard is a busy Street. However overall it was still peaceful and pleasant

I booked this hotel on a visit to see Usher over this past weekend, we got there and the outside doors were locked so you can’t go into the hotel, they service you at a window (red flag #1) we get inside the room and immediately was hit by a stench of an old wet basement. I started looking around and Roaches were Crawling literally EVERYWHERE bed included!!! I go back outside in the cold to stand at the window so we can switch rooms and the next room was the same. Bugs everywhere. There was no refund “per policy” is what we were told. I never went back to the room. So after paying almost $400 for the weekend, we had to turn around and find Another hotel and pay even more to actually stay in town for the weekend. I wouldn’t recommend a dog sleep here. There should be consequences for these places falsely advertising. This Dump should be demolished.
