Good central location for Houston
Overall the place was in decent to good shape. Photos were representative of what we saw on the listing. No frills or thrills. Communication with host was easy and accessible before and after the stay. Location was central to where we needed to go so all pluses for this location. Some cleaning misses - coffee in the coffee pot that was growing mold, sheets in the rooms smelled like dish washing soap- it was clean just had a very pungent soap odors, some yellow stains on the bed sheets. And hair in the bathroom showers. I’d stay here again.

We worked a trade show at the convention center. It was very easy traveling back and forth. Neighbors were nice. Quiet area. We would have preferred a colder temperature in the house closer to 70. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned but we would stay here again. Very convenient for location.

House was not in the location as advertised online
House was semi-clean… walls, doors etc need a good cleaning. Land Lord contact asked us before we even check into the house if we had rented a movie… odd. Communication was only through text and the individual would not answer his phone when we had issue trying to find the exact houses location. There was already a car in the garage so parking was limited to the street which is in the ruffer part of town. House was way further away than what it showed on the website.

This place is false advertising at its best. The place was dirty and nasty. Under the bed was just as dirty and i found a receipt dated for september. I got stuck cleaning before we could even use this place. We where here because their grandma is dieing we rushied up here to say our goodbye on christnas eve. At that. I got sick after cleaning the whole place and find myself cleaning somemore. And got told no more futher communications would be excpeted. Im floored that companies can even treat you this way i kept asling for a differnet place only to get the cold shoulder. Unexceptable. Pubs on the pillow case every towel was dirty already i mean nothing was right.

Location was great: 15-20 minute walk to convention center in Gated condo section. There are steps up to kitchen, living and bedrooms on second flooor. One bedroom was on ground floor one on 3rd floor. Vaulted ceilings gave a roomy feel. Appliances worked well. There were a small stock of spices to use -That was nice. A couple of small recommendations: The small amount of silverware was a challenge for us. Woumd recommendation more wash cloths. The chairs at the table are comfy but are not quite high enough. We moved over the bar stools to make it work.

The house was nice; exactly as advertised. We arrived early and was allowed to check in a couple of hours early. We had a issue with 1 of the bedroom doors being locked. The issue was resolved promptly. The house was stocked with little miscellaneous items. Beds were comfortable. My friend enjoyed a nice bath in the huge bathtub on the top level. The 3 levels gave eveyone room to spread out. Would recommended and would book again.
