One reason to choose a place 3 miles from the airport is for the shuttle service. They lied and said the shuttle is "broken". The reality is theybdid not want to run the service. This was @ 11:45pm

We booked the hotel because it offered shuttle service from/to the IAH airport. Unfortunately, the shuttle broke down the night we arrived and had to take an uber (on our own expense) to arrive.

I didn't like that I was not informed that the hot water was not working upon check in, noticed once in shower was told guy was working on it but left didn't finish but will first thing in the morning but at 9am still was not working had a get moving so had to take another cold shower, not good for $133 a night I'm very dissatisfied
