On the night of May 13, the room in that hotel did not have telephone service, television service, or internet service. We went to talk to the girl at the front desk in person and she said that she understood our frustration and that they would make it up to us with a complementary night in the future. So we returned to that hotel on May 29 when we returned from our trip. The manager was there and gave a resounding No. He refused to keep the promise made. He said they never do that and he was never notified. He didn't even offer or look for a way to compensate us for the poor service. It was 10 at night, we were coming from the airport, we felt very tired, disappointed and frustrated. Given the poor service we received, we went to another hotel in the same area.
