✔ Our home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $40/night for 1st pet and $30/night for each additional pet.
✔ Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable. (depending on the platform).
✔ Guests below 25 years old may require approval and additional $500 security deposit
✔ Welcome call and signed rental agreement with ID are required. Rules are enforced including no parties, quiet hours, no smoking inside the house, and no illegal activities.

POOL NOTE: Despite diligent cleaning, Houston's coastal winds may blow leaves and debris into the pool, this does not affect the pool's usability. Guests may empty skimmer baskets or use nets for removal.
