Extraordinary
Place was great felt very save could have probably had vehicle unlocked all night and not have to worry about anything missing. Neighbors were nice. Very clean, plenty of room, and was in the middle of everything we had planned to do. Instructions where on spot and host keep in touch to make sure there was no problems get in or with property. The only thing that I found was the plugs in master bath did not work but did let them know for could be fixed for next tenant other than that is was a very nice facility. Will definitely recommend to others

Very nice place
A very nice place to stay, very roomy and clean. Stayed cool when AC was on. Very nice kitchen and laundry room, every thing worked. AC went off the last night were there and it would not go back on. The ceiling fans did kept us comfortable that night. Water leaked inside the refrigerator and made top shelf wet but not that big of a problem, just wiped it dry with a towel. Ike our host was very helpful and available. Would still consider going back, hopefully with a fixed refrigerator and and an AC that won't go off. 4 and 1/2 stars.

Nice property and area, but the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned prior to our arrival. We’re not overly picky, but the level of cleanliness of the apartment really dampened our vacation experience.

Don’t stay here…
The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the host was of no assistance. It took him two days to respond, and then he simply told us to look on the back of the box. Wi-Fi never worked. Directions to the apartment are not accurate and no instructions were given for the door lock, the garage door opener, the gate into the community. Beds are not as large as described. No fitted sheet for the living room. Minimal kitchen utensils, only four bath towels to use. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, so we had to purchase our own. No laundry detergent or dishwashing detergent. Comforter for the sofa bed smelling urine. Had to purchase detergent to wash it ourselves before using. One of the beds in the second bedroom felt broken when you slept on it. Deadbolt to the front door was broken. Outlet cover broken, leaving exposed wiring. Blender didn’t work. Refrigerator either froze our food or would leak water. Seriously disappointed.

Great location.
Nice apartment complex location. Had access to the gym, pools, and gate. All of the beds were way to soft for our old backs. Not a lot of cooking utensils and the refrigerator leaked horribly. Was able to check in early.

Good Value for the Area
The apartment is a nice size with a good layout. The location was very good for our visit in South Houston. It was very close to the Houston Space Center which means it is away from the hustle and bustle of the City. The furnishings were good but the kitchen utensils were lacking. The silverware needs replaced. The cupboards are completely empty of the bare necessities such as salt and pepper, etc. Overall I liked this property and would stay there again. With a few upgrades it would be a great rental.
