Welcome to the most unique selfie/Ticktock/ newly remodeled 3-bedroom House with one extra room dedicated for photo shoots in the Katy/ Houston area with high-end designer furniture,dash of signature touches,photoshoot room with ring light. This spacious instagrammable house is perfect to enjoy with friends or family located in a secure and monitored neighborhood. Self check-in, with highspeed WIFI 400 MBPS. No parties& Filming allowed. Security camera at the front entrance.and in the backyard.
The space
You enjoy the whole house. Security camera at the front of The entrance front porch and backyard . There are no cameras or recording devices inside the house.The house is 2 story. master bedroom is down stairs with wall of widows and standing shower with tub. upstair 3 bed 2 have queen bed room set one aero bed we have one room dedicated for Photo shoot. no garage parking maximum 4 car parking on driveways are allowed. Quite time is 8:00 Am to 9:00 Pm. Front and back yard cleaning is complementary is not covered by guest cleaning fees. we required all guest to carry travel insure for any accident etc.We required all guest to sent us Their Identification at the time of booking.
Please remember we don’t allow parties, No Filming, No events No unauthorized guest, No smoking.
