This guest suite is a private bedroom with comfy queen bed, microwave, small fridge, work desk, and high-speed wifi. The suite also has a private bathroom that's equipped with sink, shower, towels, and toiletries. A perfect all-in-one listing for home working, work trips, or student residences. The front door entrance, downstairs living room and hallway are public shared. Free parking spaces on street.

The washer and dryer are available for use once a week, appointment needed in advance.

No access to the kitchen/garage parking.
No smoking/vaping/partying in the house.
Quiet hours are from 8 am to 8 pm daily, and no loud noises are allowed.
Public spaces have 24/7 monitoring system.
