Nice Apartment with Easy Walk to NRG Stadium
Everything was really well kept up, the apartment was quiet and cozy, and the walk to NRG was easy and quick. The check in system/process was confusing at first, but the system and tech is neat and efficient once figured out. The property manager was helpful and patient when I was confused and was very responsive. The check out expectations (e.g., trash, linens, dishes) is super reasonable and appropriate. Uber eats delivery was easy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Hospital stay
We were in Houston for our daughters surgery. This was not a trip that we took advantage of any amenities nor did spend more time at the unit other than to sleep. The location is very accessible to Texas Children's Hospital and met our needs. We were even able to walk the short distance to the hospital. We enjoyed our stay. The directions/process on how to get into the unit could be more clear. We had difficulty figuring out how to get into the garage, once we understood the process once, it was all good from there.

Property suited our needs for a medical stay. Had to reclean floors and rewash top bedding upon arrival. Kitchen works pretty well , but bare minimum. Vent over stove is mediocre. Blinds to sliding door need to be replaced. Bed is comfortable and rest of space is layed out well. Laundry is very convenient. Fitness facility is great. Note to management.. your check in process could be updated and streamlined. Consolidate the number of messages that tell you the same thing over and over and I suggest you give a time line in the furst message of when codes will be provided. Also make it transparent on the vrbo website that an additional rental deposit will be taken and a $15 charge for security check will be done too.. Over all a decent stay but could be updated a bit.

Nice Property
My husband and I stayed at this property for about 2 weeks a few days before surgery and several afterwards. We felt the property was very safe. It was very clean. We did have a few questions and needed a little help, they were quick to respond and sent someone over to help us. The only suggestion I shared with them that a recliner in the apartment would be very helpful to those that have had surgery. I would certainly rent this property again.

My truck got stolen from the parking garage. Which makes no sense since you have to have a code or remote to access the garage. It can be assumed it was an inside job!! And reached out to property management and they never followed up on it or tried to help find out anything on it.

Wonderful Property
The property was great! We had a three week stay as my husband received treatment at MD Anderson. The location was perfect for us. We found everything very comfortable and clean. The unit was very quiet and public areas were well kept. We hope to rent again as additional treatments come up.

This is a highly homey & convenient apartment! The courtyard & private patio made us feel serene, peaceful. The sound of the waterfall is delightful. Everything we needed was right there in this well outfitted apartment. The checking in/checking out process is not for the faint of heart. Leave extra time!

Nice stay for Med Center visit.
Overall very nice property in a secured building near Med Center and close to grocery, drug store, and many restaurant options. Did not receive complete detailed instructions for sign in - a bit overly complicated security process for getting keys. (IMO) TV channel access with Netflix, Prime, DirectTV and other options was excellent. Top notch exercise room and lounge access in the building were a big plus. Good reserved parking spot location. We did experience noisy upstairs neighbors with small children running and jumping in the evening hours. Also had a couple of issues during our stay. Only had (3) clothes hangers in closet - was told previous tenant must have taken - but no offer from host to replenish during our 10 day stay was disappointing. Kitchen floor, counters and stovetop were not as clean as expected upon arrival.

First, the apartment was wonderful. Clean, spacious, kitchen nicely arrayed with utensils, cookware and dishes, linen closet well stocked, comfortable bed, no issues with Wi-Fi or tv. Would stay again. Arrival was difficult. Couldn’t find any clear instructions as to just where the entrance was. Unfortunate that the entry gate didn’t work well. Upon first entering the building it was a bit overwhelming not having any directional signs as to which direction to go to the room and back. After a few trips from car to room with luggage it was straightforward. Just not a good first impression.

Quiet and convenient to medical center
My husband and I were in town for a surgery at MD Anderson and this apartment was a wonderful place to relax before the procedure and recuperate afterward. The living area and office space are large and laid out well. The kitchen and dining are open concept and clean. The bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed and large walk in closet that held our luggage. The bathroom is large and includes plenty of storage and tub shower combo. There is a nice patio that overlooks the courtyard. We enjoyed the amenities around the complex- pool area, game room, and courtyard with plenty of seating and outdoor fireplace. The communication of Magnolia Accommodations was amazing and the dedicated parking space was a nice touch.
