Great location
Property was very nice great location to my events. Only negative was the sofa very uncomfortable had to use chairs from table cause the sofa hurts your butt. Host was great very quick responses and took care of all my needs. Would definitely recommend if you're going to any events iin downtown

My actual place was clean and had everything that I needed to enjoy my stay. The host was amazing, patience and helped me immediately upon request. The actual apartment complex could have been cleaner but that’s no fault to the host. The halls smelled bad due to people not cleaning up behind their pets and trash outside doors. That’s apparently common in order for trash to be picked up. Overall my stay was nice quiet and accessible to the venue I needed to be at.overall my stay was good

Gem in the city
Very nice apartment. Photos are a good representation of what is there. The entry directions could be a little more detailed. Took a while to find the elevator. The furniture was comfortable neat and clean. There were a couple of small problems. There was food waste in the trash can in the kitchen. There were a few dead bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. The closest light kept flickering. The bedroom ceiling fan needs a dusting. Everything else was great.

Weekend getaway
My husband and I had a wonderful time in the downtown area. Our host was wonderful and very timely in answering any questions. While we weren’t in the apartment a ton, we did enjoy the quiet and cozy accommodations. My only suggestions to the owner would be to have a keypad for the door instead of a lockbox, and a more comfy couch/sitting area. It would have been nice to lounge in the living area and watch tv without feeling the couch springs. Overall, a recommended place to stay. Easy access to a cute coffee shop, Minute Maid Park, downtown is just a short walk away.
