The Space:
The first floor consists of a two car garage with storage space. While the first room upon entrance will be what we call the “the boom boom” room. The fun room in other words, consist of tv, arcade, fun furniture and sleeper sofa. Also has an outdoor terrace with lush turf and a full shower/toilet.
The elevator or stairs takes you to the second floor which is the living area, kitchen, balcony and dining area with the largest half bath you’ve ever seen. The it’s floor consists of the master and guest bedroom and also the washer and dryer. The roof top terrace is the next and last level, with stunning houston views and attic space.

Guest Access:
Guest will be given access code for the door.

The Neighborhood:
West university and Montrose area. Central part of the city with everything happening around it, but also quiet to chill.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning fee of $175 added to stays of 1 night only. No cleaning fee for stays of two or more night.

I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
Where do I start the host is HORRIBLE at communication. I booked this place DAYS in advance and messaged the host never heard from him. I reached out to Vrbo they couldnt reach him either. My booking was confirmed and canceled minutes before my check in. It’s not worth the hassle just book with anyone else but this host. The house is nice on the pics but the amount of money and turmoil he caused us by lack of communication is absurd. Do yourself a favor and run!!!

This booking was amazing, I stayed w my close friends and celebrated my 23rd birthday! The house was beautiful inside and out, all necessities were supplied and located in an excellent location. Communication with the property owner was time efficient and I would book this property again!

Bad Girls Club House a Success
This house was great! If you are going on a group trip this is a hidden gem. The elevator is a great touch & very convenient. Very posh & modern feel but has a great homey feel. Would definitely come back and stay for sure!

Despite having booked over a month prior to our stay, the day of our arrival I contacted the property owner and to my surprise he stated he didn’t have a reservation for us and was advised to contact VRbo (very nonchalant). Had 6-7 visitors (traveling internationally) that I quickly had to find an alternative (on Final Four Weekend, nothing available in Houston). My intuition is that this irresponsible/greedy Property Owner realized he could make more profit (more days or higher price per night) from another party once he realized it was final-four weekend. I would never book this property again & will file all the complaints I have to with VRBO so that the actions from this property owner serve as an example. Our experience of a weekend with our friends (who we had not seen each other for 17yrs) started off wrong because of this person, which is unacceptable.

Incredible Birthday weekend
My 36 Birthday was a memorable 1 , thanks to the House Rental everyone had plenty of space, Access to fresh air and a beautiful view, along with outstanding Restrooms and Sleeping quarters!!! Convenience store nearby, Mr.Morris was Great...very Helpful, over all this was a perfect fit and choice for my Birthday weekend...Will definitely Rent again!!!!
