While customers service was decent. I can’t say much about the cleanliness of the room. It was very dirty. When we first walked into the room, the floor was sticky and stains on the ceiling. Alongside that, the mini fridge was not in the greatest condition. I noticed that the air conditioner had not been cleaned either. It was very sticky and had weird stains. The bathroom had a weird smell to it as well. The curtain of the shower doesn’t touch the floor so water will get EVERYWHERE so be careful. The second day was no better. While they took out the trash and remade the beds, the floor was not cleaned. Third day didn’t have any house keeping at all!

Nos enviaron a otro hotel porque no habia habitaciones, me realizaron 2 cargos de la misma habitacion en lo cial ya fue reportado con el banco y se le hizo del conocimiento de resepcion del hotel, de todo lo demas la estadia estuvo bien
