This beautiful 1st row waterfront home has unobstructed beach views from 3 bedrooms, the family room as well as the kitchen. Located on the Bay in community of Seabrook, TX, this 4 bedroom and 3 bath treasure is kid and family friendly!

This beautiful home includes 4 nicely decorated bedrooms each with a TV and 3 full baths. It can comfortably accommodate 13 people. Electronic lock code allows easy access!

FAMILY ROOM:

With plenty of natural light, the family room is a great place to gather. Stocked with board games and outfitted with cable and WiFi, this home can be your home away from home.

DINING ROOM:

The spacious dining table has 6 chairs, a bench, and the bar has 3 bar stools

KITCHEN:

The kitchen includes full sized appliances and granite counter tops. No detail was overlooked! It is fully stocked with cooking utensil and kitchen appliances including a coffee pot and blender.

SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS:

Primary bedroom with dual sided fireplace: King size bed that sleeps 2, Queen size sofa sleeper that sleeps 2

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed that sleeps 2.

Bedroom 2: Queen size bed that sleeps 2.

Bunk Room: Two bunkbeds with (3) twin size beds and (1) full size bed. This bunk room sleeps 5.

Bathroom 1: Full sized and includes a stand-up shower and is located off the living room.

Bathroom 2: Full sized, includes a stand-up shower and tub and is a jack and jill bath between the master and bedroom

Bathroom 3: Huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace adjourning the full-sized master suite.

PARKING:

There are two spaces for 4 vehicles total. Street parking is not available at this property.

The HUGE private outdoor deck overlooks the vast ocean.

There are restaurants and a grocery store all within a few minutes drive. NASA is roughly 10 minutes away and the Kemah Boardwalk only 2 miles (5 minutes) away.

A wonderful, clean property with exquisite views of the sunrise from the deck. And if you want to catch the sunset just look the other way at the sun reflecting off the lake. There is a small beach next to the house that the kids loved. Really, it’s hard to get better than this.

This gorgeous property exceeded our expectations in every way. We were pretty desperate as Hurricane Ida approached and ended up landing here in this gem of a house when we evacuated. Would love to return under less stressful times. Winter was incredibly kind and accommodating. So grateful. Highly recommend!!

Memorable Stay!
First off, this house was so much more than we expected. The inside was built out exquisitely and nicely outfitted. The views were (and are) AMAZING. There is such a nice breeze on the deck that the whole family loved sitting out on the deck reminiscing. The bonus was that the water was low and easy to get into so the beach was very family friendly. That was unexpected.

Wonderful Summer Vacation
We loved it! This one exceeds expectations. We highly recommend the home. The home is nicely decorated and equipped with all you would need to complete your stay. We enjoyed fishing on the Pier. We were able to grill as well. Plenty of parking if needed. Every room of the home was clean and furnished will what is needed to help you relax and enjoy the Bayfront Scenery. Thank you, for making it a relaxing, memorable family vacation. Everyone was happy with the home and the convenience of being close to stores, restaurants and most of all the Kemah Boardwalk.

Beautiful waterfront getaway
This home was a beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the waterfront location and the beautiful town of Seabrook. It was a very quiet location with such peaceful views. The house was mostly clean and was as described in the listing. The pier was perfect for fishing. The three bedrooms and three baths were great. You could definitely fit a lot of people comfortably in this property, although there were just 4 of us. The beds are very firm. The living areas were comfortable and relaxing. We also enjoyed the restaurants of Seabrook, especially Seabrook Snow Cone. We did need to reach out to the management company a couple of times. They were very helpful and responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, I would recommend this property and would love to stay again.

An Oasis so close to us!
We checked in on 5/21 and checked out on 5/23. Ms. Winter was prompt in responding to our questions and was very helpful and available anytime we needed her. We had such a fun time in this house and around. I felt like I was enjoying a luxury suite on a cruise because almost all of the house has such a gorgeous water view. A large deck facing the water with the nice breeze is so beautiful and spacious enough to do Yoga, entertaining, or just sit and relax with a cup of coffee. There are nice outdoor patios for the 2 bedrooms upstairs facing the water. The home is furnished and decored elegantly with a soothing mixture of colors and themes. The long pier just for those in the house is another bonus. we enjoyed sitting at the end of the pier with legs dangling down into the water and listening to the water. Can't wait for another trip to this place soon!

Picturesque Views
My family and I stayed for spring break and had an awesome time. The home was beautifully decorated with an amazing water front view from all but one room. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise and walking out on the pier having morning chats with the family. The weather was cold and windy but the location and view more than made up for the winter like weather . The little ones loved sitting in front of the bay windows playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything and more (ie. instapot) to prepare, serve, and clean up after meals. The bathrooms were stocked with body wash, hand soap, shampoo and starter paper towels and toilet paper. I was able to freshen up clothes and wash towels with the washing supplies provided in the laundry room. In short, if you are looking to get a marvously restful getaway, with the most picturesque views that will evoke fantastically enjoyable moments with friends and family, look no further THIS IS THE ONE!

Bay Front Water Stay
We were happy to find a home available that would accommodate us so close to 4th of July holiday. Check in was easy, despite a little confusion on our part. The host was very responsive when we had questions, I hope we were not too much of a bother. The house was just as it was in the pictures. We had our own fishing pier, a small private beach and a furnished deck to sit and eat, drink and take in the view. We got a chance to see the fireworks at the boardwalk on Saturday night. The kitchen is equipped with all that you may need to prepare meals, including a grill. You may want to bring some zip lock bags or storage containers though, just in case you need to pack up left over food. The rooms were large enough for everyone we had over. The bed was a little too firm for my liking, but I did sleep comfortably. We were able to bring our fur baby along on his first trip and he loved it! The stairs were the best exercise! There are no water toys at the house but we did out later that there is a rental place 8 mins away for paddle boards and kayaks (we know for next time!). I recommend this place to all who want to get away to enjoy some fishing, beach time or just some relaxation time.

I booked this for my family, I life locally. We were having a celebration of life get together, so we had all ages with us. The view was beautiful! Plenty of rooms, and decorated perfectly. Very open kitchen, and living room with windows all along the back to see the view. Easy check in , and check out. We will be looking to stay in other locations soon!

Amazing Property!
This property is amazing! The host was very accommodating to our group and let us check in early. The property was stocked well, extremely clean, and very spacious. For a large group like ours wanting to have a meal together there is a table in the kitchen and one on the large deck overlooking the bay. The view at sunset had amazing unobstructed water views. Next time we visit Seabrook and Kemah I hope this property is available!

Wonderful Get Away
Thank you for a wonderful family get away! This property is gorgeous, it is a real “dream house”. 12 people were very comfortable in this house, it is very spacious and sleeping arrangements are perfect for a big group. We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Seabrook house. Location is excellent - just a few minutes drive to Kemah Boardwalk and NASA, perfect for a family fun. House is right on the water with the gorgeous views. It is immaculately clean and kitchen stocked with all essentials. Can’t wait to visit again!
