Property was a bit dated but very clean. Had everything we needed for our stay.
The property was as advertised. Very clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Pool was not heated and very cold but the pool area and grounds were very nice and well maintained.

Easy walk to all things
We stayed in the galleria area so we could easily walk to stores, restaurants bars, and the galleria. We enjoyed the location in the safe feeling in the entire area.

Rachel the Property Manager was fantastic! The place was just as pictured and in a great location. We felt safe the entire time. Also, great places to eat and shop! I’ll be booking again soon.

Apartment was comfortable and clean. It could be better by adding light and sound blocking drapes in the bedrooms to reduce noise from cars and people talking.

Great location, clean and practical
The apartment is located within 3 minutes walk of gallaria and within easy walking distances to local restaurants. On arrival, check-in was easy and apartment was clean. It is somewhat dated but met all our requirements, and would stay here again. The pool area is great and very peaceful to relax around. Communication with manager was great though we did not need to get in touch, we were informed on everything that was relevant.

Seamless Experience in a Convenient Location
From check-in to check-out, the process was extremely smooth. Communication with the property manager was effortless and without any issues. While the property itself is a bit dated, it was kept very clean. The pool water was crystal clear, and I was able to use the laundry facilities without ever having to wait. Above all, the location’s convenience stood out. I highly recommend this place.

The property was lovely and exactly as advertised. Everything we needed was there. Check-in and check-out instructions were excellent. Walking distance to the Galleria and close to many nice restaurants. Property was nice with beautiful landscaping and a nice pool. We were a little disappointed that there was no local TV and we were not able to watch the Astros in the playoffs but who needs TV on vacation?? It was a very nice week. Thanks.

Visiting a friend in Houston
Came for the weekend to visit a dear friend and decided on VRBO rather than a hotel. What a great decision. The property was very nice, our apartment was exactly as pictured. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, nice kitchen and den. Great location, walk to the Galleria and numerous restaurants. Did not use the pool but it looked well maintained. It was just too hot LOL.

Awesome Downtown Getaway

I stayed here with three friends for my Bachelorette weekend and it was wonderful. Apartment was very nice and comfortable and the location is amazing. Short walking distance to The Galleria and other shopping centers. The pool area is beautiful as well! Only complaints is the trash can was small and we couldn’t find anymore to change it out, and there were no seasonings in the kitchen whatsoever. I suggest at least having salt and pepper. Other than that our stay was exactly what we were looking for and the property manager was easily accessible.

Very Convenient
The property and apartment were nice and Rachelle and Breonna were professional and very helpful. (We had a couple of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed during our stay.) The only negatives were that the apartment listing indicated a washer and dryer, however they were not in the unit as we had anticipated, rather a community laundry room. Also, cable and internet were advertised, but basic cable and unsecured internet were actually what was supplied. The price was right for the location and amenities, so we would book again.

Houston Uptown oasis
This apartment was perfect for two couples in town for a wedding. Nice location and neighborhood, very safe and well kept property, relatively quiet. We loved the pool and pool deck for an afternoon cool down. 15 min drive into the museum district which should be on your list to do in Houston. Loved Kenny and Ziggys nearby for brunch, and everything we needed in walking distance or a short drive. Highly recommend this rental. Rachel was an excellent hostess and very close by if we needed anything.

Week long family stay
Our family of 4 stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and it was a great stay! Good remodels throughout the unit. Great location- close proximity to the Galleria Mall, local restaurants, grocery store and a quick walk to a local park. Beds were comfortable, water pressure and hot water were great, AC worked well, the building felt safe and even though the unit faces the road, the street noise was not noticeable. The pool was great for our family as well. Free on site laundry accessible with a code, and the gated covered parking was a definite plus. We were delayed in checking in but the owner met us at the unit and helped us get settled. Good communication during our stay as well. Only small things we ran into- the kitchen had adequate dishes/pots and pans, but we didn't have enough silverware (there were 3 of each utensil), and other 'accessory' items we were use to having weren't there (extra trash bags, zip lock bags, spices, etc.) Not a huge issue as we had to do a grocery run and picked them up ourselves, but it would've been nice to have (could also be missing them due to Covid, so again, not a huge problem). We also bought 3 additional beach towels and left them behind for future guests. On the whole, it was a great stay and we would come back.
