Not very clean.
The grounds had a lot of trash every day laying around in the grass, the rug in our rental was stained and dirty, the bathtub faucet leaked, and we waited all day for pest control to come treat the unit but they never showed. Overall decent accommodations but more pricey and less comfortable than comparable rentals we have stayed in.
