Modern wooden villa with swimming pool

Architect house of 165 m² spacious and very bright.
The central point of the house is the 70 m² living room with a playroom area, a living room, a dining room and an American kitchen.
From the living room, a large picture window will open onto a terrace covered with a bioclimatic pergola. Ideal place to share convivial moments, the terrace will become a real additional living room. Outside you can also enjoy the outdoor kitchen and the swimming pool, or simply relax on the hammock or on a deckchair.
The villa is located on an enclosed plot in the second line with private parking, 300 m from the village center and shops, where a market takes place 3 times a week.
Hourtin is ideal for nature lovers with its many cycle paths, the lake, the forest and the ocean. If you wish, you will also discover the Arcachon basin (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes) and the Cordouan lighthouse (approximately 1 hour).
Only animal friends are welcome, because during your stay you will have to take care of the family cat.

Steve and Laurence as our landlords were very friendly and polite. We spent 2 weeks in their house and had a wonderful time. The house and the surroundings were excellent. We would very much like to come back.

Ein wunderbarer Ort für entspannte Ferien
Wir haben die zwei Wochen im wirklich sehr schönen und ruhig gelegenen Haus von Steve und Laurence sehr genossen. Haus, Terrasse, Pool und der Garten mit Außenküche waren perfekt für uns, genauso wie die Lage im schönen Örtchen Hourtin mit der Nähe zum See und zum Meer. Vielen Dank an Steve und Laurence für die unkomplizierte und sehr angenehme Kommunikation! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les deux semaines passées dans la belle maison de Steve et Laurence, très bien équipée et située au calme. La maison, la terrasse, la piscine et le jardin avec la cuisine extérieure étaient parfaits pour nous, et on a également bien profité de la proximité du lac et de la mer. Un grand merci à Steve et Laurence pour la communication toujours facile et très agréable. Peut-être à une prochaine fois.

Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille, très bien agencée avec une pièce a vivre très agréable. Nous étions 7 et toute la famille a profité du ping pong, du tir à i'arc, du terrain de pétanque et de la piscine. La pergola près de la piscine est très appréciable en fin de journée. La maison est située à 10 mn à pied du centre village et des commerces (marché sympa 2 fois dans la semaine) La page du lac est située à 10mn en vélo et le tour du lac en vélo est sympa à faire. Le propriétaire est toujours disponible et réactif.

Excellentes vacances entre amis
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances entre amis, à 2 familles avec 6 enfants âgés de 2 à 9 ans, la maison est parfaitement équipée pour les tous petits et les plus grands. La piscine sécurisée et le bar d'été sont vraiment très appréciables. Les propriétaires ont été au petit soin, disponibles pour toute question et flexibles sur le check-in et check-out. 4 étoiles pour l'emplacement car il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage du port, mais où il est quand même très facile de se garer grâce au parking. Nous recommandons cette villa, allez-y les yeux fermés !
