This 90m² house can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is located in a group of cottages built around a lake. Quiet and away from the road, you're just a few metres from a cycle path giving you safe access to the lake, the port and the town centre.

On the ground floor, the chalet comprises a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. This main room leads to a first bedroom with 1 double bed (2 single beds 90 cm) and an en suite shower room.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and wardrobe, a second shower room and a mezzanine with 1 double bed (140 cm).

Outside, a wooden terrace lets you make the most of the Hourtin sunshine. You can eat outside thanks to the wooden garden furniture or relax facing the marina.

Arrival and departure times :
Arrivals will be at the agency at 10 Places de l'église in Hourtin, reception will be available from 3pm until 5.30pm.
The keys will be handed over personally so that we can organise your arrival at your holiday accommodation.
The departure time is set by the agency to optimise the organisation of cleaning services.
It will be set in the middle of your holiday week, between 8am and 10.30am maximum.
