Pourrait être nettement mieux
Je possède moi-même une propriété en location similaire, donc je sais de quoi je parle. C'est l'appartement le moins bien équipé dans lequel j'ai jamais séjourné. Pour deux, maximum 3 personnes: 14 grandes assiettes !! mais Aucune tasse à thé ou à café, ni mugs Pas de coquetiers Pas de couteau à pain pas de ciseaux Le tire-bouchon était cassé pas de sèche-cheveux pas de brosse pour le nettoyage intérieur au cas ou Aucune instruction pour le micro-ondes. Instructions pour machine à café différente de celle disponible Un lit bien moins que confortable Le siphon de la cuisine s'est détaché, provoquant une petite inondation. Nous avons été accueillis par le concierge, Léo, qui m'a tout de suite accusé de ne pas avoir payé ! (que j'avais, d'ailleurs, sur réservation) Plus tard, Leo a fait de son mieux pour s'excuser et pour combler certaines des lacunes mais il est clair que le propriétaire, M.Louis Jacob, ne prend pas ses obligations au sérieux. Il n'a pas répondu à mon e-mail sur Abritel demandant de plus amples détails bien à l'avance. Quand je lui ai téléphoné au sujet de mon arrivée, il m'a juste donné le numéro de Léo. Il aurait pu expliquer tout cela avant, s'il s'était donné la peine de répondre à mon e-mail. Du coté positif; il n'est qu'à 4 minutes de la plage et à 3 minutes des commerces. Ma conclusion; ne séjourner ici que si vous ne trouvez pas un meilleur endroit.

Location très bien située !! La personne présente sur le lieu est très agréable, souriant et disponible à tout moment ; nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse. Le studio est très bien équipé, seul petit bémol, changer les prises électriques !!

Bien situé pour un week end
Appartement bien situé entre la gare et la mer tout est à proximité. Très bon accueil la personne est très arrangeante sur les horaires et disponible pour tout problème qu il resoud. Le point négatif est la propreté du logement, le ménage est quasi absent toiles de poussière, vaisselle pas propre, prises à refixer, matelas de la chambre peu confortable,... Pour le prix tout ça est à revoir. Les photos de l annonce sont celles du début de la mise en location je pense. Dommage mais recommande juste pour un week-end.

Points positifs : emplacement, flexibilité du gérant Points négatifs : pas de tapis de sol dans SDB, microfibres en guise de torchons, prises défaillantes (se détachent du mur), pas d'alèse sur un lit, pas de draps housse sur 2 lits (contrairement à ce qui a été annoncé), poubelle principale qui ne ferme pas (donc odeur dans la pièce où 2 personnes dorment), micro-ondes sale, coussin du canapé en guise d'oreiller, graviers extérieurs jonchés de mégots et aucune finition des travaux. L'ensemble mériterait un rafraichissement.

Bien situé mais bruyant et propreté médiocre
Logement tres bien situé, la personne qui nous a remis les clés a été tres facilitante. En revanche les photos sont flatteuses, le logement est dans son “jus”, les peintures sont défraîchies, la propreté laisse à désirer (poussière, toiles d’araignées, cheveux sur la literie, traces sur les murs...) les prises électriques sont sorties du mur, pas de dectecteur de fumée... et nous avons été gênés par nos voisins (les murs entre les appartements de la villa sont très fins) nous entendions TOUT!

L accueil était très agréable et l emplacement idéal. Mais les finitions de l appartement sont à revoir et la propreté pourrait être améliorée.
