Newly tastefully Refurbished 2 Bedroom 1 bath Cabin 200 feet across the street from the Lake and only 500 feet from Height Marina Boat rental(Prebook in advance)Includes 2 kayaks & 2 bicycles w/rental (with signed release of liability)& plenty of games. 3 TVs (2/55 inch) with Roku and Netflix and internet access. Fits 5 people, but tight. Fits 4 comfortably. All ages Welcome. Over 3 nights include a complimentary bottle of wine. View of the Lake from the indoor Porch with gas fireplace. Also electric fireplace. Plenty of parking for all your toys. Absolutely no pets or smoking of any kind.

Great spot in HL
We enjoyed our stay, it was a great spot. Nice quiet street with great walks to see the lake and beautiful sunsets. Ken and Angelina were very accommodating.

Houghton Lake
Overall a nice setting to use as a base for daily fishing trips. The only thing we missed was a game table for a rainy day respite. Very clean and comfortable.

The house was very cute and comfortable. The only down fall is access to the lake. Even though we were only 200 ft. from lake, the property at the end of the road was private, so we didn't have access to ittroad

Stayed here for a two day bass fishing classic and the cottage exceeded our expectations! Owners were easy to communicate with and always kept us in the loop if needed. Will stay here again if given the opportunity!

Cute house near the lake
This house is just off the lake and conveniently located close to everything in town. The amenities are great. The house is clean and communication with the hosts was wonderful. Would recommend for families and also a friends getaway.

Great overall experience
The house was super cute and very clean and came with everything that was perfect for a friends trip up north. It was also in a great location that also had a nice view of the lake with just a short walk. Ken and Angelina were also great at communicating, so any questions we had were resolved quickly. Overall, we had such a relaxing, comfortable stay.

Perfect stay
This was a perfect cabin for our weekend family getaway. My kids loves the bunk beds and the fact they had their own room. Beds were comfortable and the grey blankets were super soft and cozy to snuggle up in! The cabin is in a great location and was super easy to find. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we had a wonderful view of the lake from the front windows. Ken and Angelina were fantastic hosts and so easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!
