3-Bed Modern Cabin with Over 40 Ft of Waterfront, Private Dock, and Boat Lift

Beautiful 3-bed waterfront house on Houghton Lake, Michigan’s largest inland lake, a summer paradise, offering the best of what northern Michigan has to offer.

Located on the North side of the lake, the house is a 10-min drive to South Higgins Lake St Park, and great hiking destinations. The house is equipped with a private dock, hoist to dock a pontoon, a large waterfront deck, fire pit, and grill.

The house is a short hour trip to Traverse City, Machinaw Island, Petosky, Gaylord, and more.

The house has three beds: a Queen bed in the master bedroom, a Murphy style Queen bed in the loft, and a comfortable sleeper sofa.
There is an open concept kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and freezer.
The house has two TV’s and internet: a large TV in the living room, and one mounted in the bedroom.
The large composite deck overlooks Houghton Lake and has outdoor dining, a chair hammock, a fire pit, and a grill.
There is one full bathroom on the main floor, as well as one in the loft area.
The loft area additionally includes a washer and dryer, and a dedicated workspace.
