This is an ideal location for boating and water sports from the private dock in the summer (June-September). Kayaks & Canoe are provided. Or enjoy a winter wonderland full of activities during snow. Both downhill & cross-country skiing trails are close by, and snowmobile trails are across the street.

The home sits on almost a full acre of waterfront (Houghton Canal) property that is wooded, very secluded, and private. This property has three (3) levels with bedrooms and full baths on each level, a separate indoor sauna, gaming and private bar/tavern room with gorgeous local artisan wood working.
