There is a "Kids Happy Place" under the stairs for children to watch TV, write on Chalkboard Painted walls, play arcade games, and bean bag chairs, all while enjoying themselves under the stairs. A fuse ball table, shuffleboard, & electronic dart board to enjoy. Then relax in the whirlpool tub while Bluetoothed to the TV (mirror).
The space
This townhome property is nestled in the trees on beautiful Lake Coronado, and is designed for girlfriend getaways, a couple’s retreat, or a small family vacay.

Hot Springs Village (HSV) is a gated resort community spanning 26,000 acres and includes:
* 11 lakes for boating, swimming and fishing (daily boat fee)
* 8 golf courses (you pay visitor greens and cart fees)
* Over 30 miles of hiking trails
* Outdoor swimming pool in season (daily visitor fee) as well as DeSoto Beach
* Fitness center including indoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts (daily visitor fee)
* Library, mini golf, playground/basketball courts
* 600-seat performance auditorium (tickets available for our guests to purchase)
* Occasional free outdoor concerts and events
* Restaurants and bars
Our property is within walking distance of the Coronado Center fitness center, walking trail, library, Italian restaurant, and tennis courts. Every HSV amenity is within a 10–20-minute drive.
Within 30 minutes of the HSV gates you'll enjoy Lake Ouachita State Park (boating, hiking and fishing), Magic Springs theme and water park, Oaklawn casino and horse racing, great restaurants, art galleries, Lake Hamilton, and Hot Springs National Park (including the bathhouses).
Other things to note
The Townhome includes an arcade area under the stairs, a great little unique place for children to write on the chalkboard wall, play with magnetic letters on the magnetic wall, draw and color at the little table and chairs provided under the stairs, as well as bean bags to relax and watch TV shows. The living room has a shuffleboard with bowling pins and a fuse ball table. Outside on the downstairs patio is an electronic dart board for a quick game of darts, a propane grill, bug zappers, and an outdoor heater.
There are a few additional items to enjoy for family night, such as:
Popcorn Machine – some popcorn flavor additions are available, along with popcorn and butter
Cotton Candy Machine – cones and sugar provided
Hot Dog Warmer – can be utilized when making several hot dogs.
Sno-Cone machine - with a few flavors and cups.
Various Ice Cream toppings – please do not take home with you anything that is left. Be courteous for others to enjoy.

Sorry, we don't allow:
* Smoking in the house, other than on the patio. Please be sure to utilize the ashtrays and discard cigarette butts appropriately. Please abide by these rules so we can continue to allow this amenity.
2-night minimum.
Unit is allowed 2 parking spaces at the front door and additional parking within the center of the units. DO NOT park in spaces that are not allocated to the townhome or within the overflow parking spaces.
Trash is to be disposed in plastic trash bags and placed in the corral on the side of the unit with the patio stairs.
Clean up after your pets. Please keep all pets on a leash when you walk them outside. This is for your protection and the neighborhood's protection, as well as a mandate within Hot Spring Village.
There are five gates into HSV, but only two of them are for visitors. If you don't use the specific addresses below in your GPS to enter the Village, you may be directed to an unmanned electronic gate that will not allow visitor access.
1. West Gate address: 4545 Arkansas 7 (North Highway 7), Hot Springs Village, AR 71909 (open 24/7)
2. East Gate address: 25255 Highway 5, Lonsdale, AR 72081 (open 6:00 am to midnight).
At the gate, give the attendant your name, and you will be given your dashboard visitor/guest pass, which we will have reserved for you. This should always remain on your dashboard while you are in HSV, and you will use this to access any HSV facility.
