This cozy townhome is located in DeSoto Courts close to the West gate. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit sleeps 4 comfortably with the one queen and two twin beds. It comes complete with large washing machine and dryer, range style cooker, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, cookware pots and pans, coffee maker, plenty of kitchen equipment to cook as much (or as little) as you like. Also towels and linens, in fact just about everything you could need for the all American dream vacation.

Short visit with relatives
We were visiting relatives that live in Hot Springs Village. This condo was in the Village and close by, which made it very convenient. The interior was nice and clean and had everything we wanted. The exterior was a bit run down, but acceptable. The balcony was quite dirty and in need of some repair. The manager came to look at the balcony, and did some cleaning, so that we could use it. Overall it was acceptable and convenient for our short stay.

First time to Jot Springs!
Our unit was comfortable. Upstairs was much warmer than downstairs but we planned for that and brought a fan. Unit could use some serious updating. It even smelled old but we were prepared for that as well with a candle.

We were looking for quiet and it was perfect for sitting on the back porch and wildlife watching- bring your own chairs as they do not have patio chairs.

We were at the property only to sleep and shower. It met those needs. Small but adequate for three adults

Served its purpose
The unit was very dated. The upstairs queen bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, and it was on rollers so it moved often. The coffee pot was rusted so we didn't use it. The tub didn't drain well, so after every shower you would be standing in a bathtub full of your used water. It was unpleasant after a day at the lake and my family had to take showers immediately after each other and I had to stand in everyone's used water since we had plans. The property manager was very responsive prior to ordering and the location was beautiful. I think if they fixed the issue of the tub drain and the bed in the master bedroom, the rental would be great.

Good for our stay
For a place to spend our brief evenings this place placed filled the bill. Did not spend a lot of time in the apartment but worked fine for our visit.
