Quiet location with amazing sunrise and sunsets. Perfect for our small family to spend time together. Parking lot and entry are on a steep hill so be prepared.

Was a little hard to find, as pulling into a shopping center and sign was located up in bushes. Loved the gated community. But did not love the parking space, (on a slant). I had to hold onto the door getting in and out so it wouldn’t hit the car parked next to us. The place was clean, outdated furniture, but looked like they were keeping it up. Had a great view, very noisy bridge during the day but quieter at night. Conveniently located to attractions!!!

Loved the view. I wish you had stated that it was next to a highway though. The place is clean and has an incredible view. One problem was the table is sticky. Everything you sit on it sticks.

Demon Dog
Our stay would have been great but someone's demon dog barked for over 6hrs straight. No need for an alarm clock because he started at 5:45am and didn't stop. We left and went and did our thing but when we got back he was still barking. I had to turn the TV up so I could think. I don't mind dogs and I have a couple. That one needs a bark collar or something!

At no fault of owner, on last night, the bath plumbing leaked through lower condo ceiling. We all had to share one bathroom and couldn’t do laundry. We travel a lot. I would still give it 4 stars. Simple things would change to a 5 star. Porch bulb out, knifes sharpened or replaced in kitchen. Broken bowl replaced. Large prep bowl, serving bowls, Pizza pan, Pineapple corer, tea pitcher with lid. We did enjoy stay. Thank you

It was okay.
We wanted a short vaca for our granddaughter and great nieces. We chose this condo because it had a pool. The pool was closed and that fact was not mentioned in their advertisement. The condo kitchen was nice but the carpet in the living room was nasty stained and with little kids, that wasn’t okay. The noise from the traffic on the bridge made sitting outside almost impossible. The view was very pretty and the beds were comfortable. Overall stay was okay.

A couple short falls
The condo was nice. The toaster did not work we bought a new one. The coffee maker took 1 hour and 10 minutes to brew 10 cups of coffee which was strong and cool. I like mine hot. We were very excited about the pool since my husband is recovering from back surgery and we both planning on a relaxing 5 days. However, the description mentioned stairs into the condo and had a picture which I showed my husband and he felt he could maneuver with me in front or behind him, but, no mention of the cliff we would have to climb to reach the pool. We were both sorely disappointed. Unit was nice but if you are old or disabled count this unit out. I had to help him in and out of the shower as there were no hand rails.

Waterfront Condo
Condo was overall in great condition with a beautiful view. Parking was a little sketchy due to extreme slopes. The bedrooms don’t have televisions. A small 32” would be great in the bedrooms to entertain guests. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great place!
We had a great time. The condo was nice and clean and in a great location. The traffic on the bridge was loud at times but the view made it all worth it. Definitely recommend this condo as a great rental for Hot Springs lake life.
