The Little Grey Lakehouse

Waterfront home with a large deck with a bed swing, outdoor dining & a hot tub overlooking the lake! A large, level backyard is unique to most lake properties and provides a great spot for a game of horseshows. Swim stairs lead you into 2.5 feet deep water and gradually 5-7 feet deep. Nice swim area with tie downs and bumpers for your boat right in front of the house!

The home is located on a quiet cove just outside the main channel. The cove is a "slow" zone for boats and provides a safe environment for swimming and paddleboarding.

The gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals, with a charcoal grill in BBQ is more your style. The dining table can seat up to 8 people, with 4 additional barstools at the kitchen island. Patio dining table provides an outdoor option.

The home also has a large sunken den, bonus space (upstairs), wet bar and guest laundry. The main bedroom with ensuite bath is on the main floor (King bed). 3 more bedrooms are located upstairs (2 Kings and Queen. An all-seasons room is located off two of the upstairs bedrooms, with a great view of the lake. )- 2 with a beautiful lake view! Another full bath and a loft area with a sleeper sofa are also upstairs.

A 2-car garage and 2 additional parking spaces provide parking for four vehicles.

2 miles from Harp's grocery and McDonalds, 3.1 Miles from mini-golf and family park. 15 min from downtown and Oaklawn.

*Contactless check-in, grocery delivery nearby (Harp's and Walmart), strong internet, private spaces to work in, when necessary, beautiful views/change of scenery!

4 Paddle-boards provided at NO additional charge, horseshoes and board games provided for entertainment at the home.

The lake does have an annual drawdown from November-Mid March
Primary guest must be 25 year of age to book a reservation.

Great property with ample room for all our adult children and spouses and granddaughter. Perfect yard space. We enjoyed the porch swing, hot tub and fire pit and spent lots of time fishing.

Great place for a family!
Terry’s place was great for my family’s holiday get together! Lots of bedrooms, great open concept so everyone could chat, and we all loved the sunsets while enjoying the hot tub. We also had plenty of towels and room to park. Terry was also very responsive. Would definitely go back!

My family & I had a wonderful time on this property! Very clean, spacious, and convenient access to lake. The back deck was perfect to sit outside & visit comfortably, as area was shaded for most of the day. We would highly recommend & plan to return again in the near future.

Great place to stay!!
We really enjoyed staying here. It was exactly what we wanted, a very relaxing quiet weekend with family. The property was easy to get to and the grocery store was close by. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We were able to pull the boat up easily and even caught a few fish right from the bank. We will definitely be back.

Family Reunion!
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It worked really well for our family sets of three with kids from 1-9 as well. Loved that you could walk right into the lake for swimming whenever. The hot tub was so fun. The place was very cute! We had a great time. Thanks to great hosts!
